Located on North Broad Street, The Met Philadelphia, the former Philadelphia Metropolitan Opera House, is now open. Originally built in 1908 by opera impresario Oscar Hammerstein, The Met Philadelphia has undergone a $56 million restoration in partnership with Live Nation, Eric Blumenfeld and Holy Ghost Headquarters to transform the historic theater into the crown jewel of North Broad Street’s renaissance – and you can be part of the action.a

Official pre-paid lots and valet are offered: Lot A (855 N Broad St, opens 1 hour before doors), Lot C (1413 Parrish St, opens 6 PM), Lot D (1406 Melon St, opens 6 PM weeknights/4:30 PM weekends), plus valet at 858 N Broad St; limited day-of spaces available—pre-purchase recommended.

Public transit

SEPTA Broad Street Line: Girard Station (~2 blocks north) and Fairmount Station (~3 blocks south); SEPTA Bus Routes 4 and 16 stop at Broad & Poplar; Route 15 (Girard Avenue Trolley) stops at Girard & Broad.
