Spruce Street Harbor Park is a seasonal waterfront park at Penn’s Landing known for colorful hammocks, floating gardens, LED-lit trees, and food-and-drink concessions along the Delaware River. Opened in 2014 by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, it hosts live music, DJs, and markets as a family-friendly hangout on the Delaware River Trail.
