Nikki Lopez is a two-level cocktail bar and live-music venue on South Street, with a chill bar downstairs and a dedicated upstairs room that hosts punk and indie shows, DJ nights, comedy, and other events. Opened in 2024 in the former J.C. Dobbs space at 304 South St, it carries forward the building’s storied rock legacy (Dobbs hosted early sets by Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Oasis, and Green Day). The main room’s capacity is 150, making for intimate, high?energy shows in the heart of the South Street strip.
