Join Bucks County Playhouse for a trip across the pond to enjoy theatre in London’s West End! Hosted by Playhouse staff, you’ll enjoy seven days with fellow theatre-lovers experiencing all of London’s art, history, and incredible theatre offerings.

What’s Included

• Hotel: Seven nights in the 5-star Trafalgar St. James London Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton with early access upon arrival.
• Entertainment: Premium tickets to five West End performances curated by Executive Director Nicole Hackmann. Travelers can expect a variety of musicals and one play...titles to be announced!
• Meals: Full English breakfast daily at the hotel plus a welcome afternoon tea service.
• Engagement: Thoughtful post-show discussions after each performance, plus possible artist interaction and behind-the-scenes access.
• Exploration: Join optional group excursions or enjoy London at your leisure during free time!
• Transportation: Transportation between the hotel and theatres in London provided for those not within reasonable walking distance. Note: Airfare is not included, but an optional group flight itinerary will be available. Additional information is included below.*

*Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights. A group flight itinerary will be recommended for those looking to travel with fellow group members and BCP staff. For those traveling with the group flight itinerary, round trip ground transportation between New Hope and Newark International Airport, and between London Heathrow Airport and the Trafalgar St. James Hotel will be provided.

Optional Add-Ons

• Accommodation includes Trafalgar King rooms at The Trafalgar St. James London Hotel. Upgrades to a Nelson Room (2 queen beds), St. James King Room, and Trafalgar Studio may be available for an additional charge.
• Add-on performances and excursions to be announced.

Investment

• 50% deposit per traveler is due by May 1^st.

Cancellations

From deposit to July 1^st, the cancellation charge will be 50% of deposit. From July 1^st to departure, no refund will be made. Should you cancel your reservation, but the Playhouse is able to fill your vacancy up to 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will be given minus a $1,000 cancellation fee. Rates are based on group participation, and it is understood and agreed that once the tour has started there will be no refund for unused portions of the tour for any reason.

Fine Print

• A valid US passport with an expiration date at least six months beyond the date of departure is necessary for this trip. Additional documentation, such as an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) may be required.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel.
• Taxes, gratuities, and portage are included in the cost of the trip.
• Not Included:
  • Transportation to and from London.
  • Unless specified, meals and beverages are not included, nor are personal incidentals, such as telephone calls and laundry; and any item not specifically mentioned above.
  • Personal items charged to your room must be settled at check-out time.
