Tim Brey is a Philadelphia-based pianist, composer, and educator who leads his own groups and appears frequently as a sideman. He teaches jazz piano, theory, and improvisation at Temple University’s Boyer College (and has taught at the University of the Arts), releases recordings as a bandleader, and runs the Midtown Jazz Jam residency in Philadelphia.
