Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian, actress, and television host who served as a co-host of the CBS daytime talk show The Talk from 2011 until December 2024. She first rose to prominence as the first female finalist in the 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search and was part of The Talk team that received a Daytime Emmy Award in 2017. Underwood also served in the U.S. Air Force reserves and has hosted radio programs in addition to her stand-up and television work.
