River Shook is the professional name of Sarah Shook, the singer-songwriter who fronted Sarah Shook & the Disarmers and has released records with Bloodshot Records, Thirty Tigers and Kill Rock Stars. They launched a solo project as River Shook (debut single "Wildlands" in 2026), have released the indie side project Mightmare, and have placed songs in film/TV while receiving recognition for community arts activism.
